Eligibility & Allocation
- To be eligible for this process we require you must have previously been:
- a regular player at events held in TTW Stores, or
- a regular retail customer at a TTW Stores
- Pokémon T.O.M. records may be used to verify participation.
- Priority is given to regular organised play participants.
- Customers without a Pokémon T.O.M. account may not receive an allocation.
- Customers without a TTW Loyalty account may not receive an allocation.
- Allocation quantities may be adjusted to ensure fair distribution.
- Allocation confirmation emails may be delayed until TTW has confirmation of allocations from "The Pokémon Company" and/or their distribution partners
Deposit & Pickup
- A minimum 20% deposit is required to secure allocations.
- Deposits must be paid in-store by August 28th, 2026.
- Products will be available for pickup from your allocated store starting from September 16th, 2026.
- Failure to pay deposit by the deadline may result in forfeiture and your allocation being assigned to someone else.
- Uncollected allocations may be reallocated at store discretion.

- Requested quantities may be reduced to ensure fair access.
- Multiple or suspicious submissions may be disqualified.
- Allocations are non-transferable.
