1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rival Games Pty Ltd (ABN 58 648 920 656), trading as Table Top Warfare (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information. It applies to our stores, websites, and the Table Top Warfare mobile application (“App”).
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our services you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity
When you create an account or sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple), we may collect your name, email address and profile photo as provided by that service.
Orders and loyalty
When you make a purchase in-store or online, we collect your name, contact details, payment information (processed securely — we do not store raw card numbers), order history, and loyalty points balance.
App usage
When you use the App, we may automatically collect your device type and identifier, operating system version, IP address, approximate location (city/region level), app version, session data, event browsing activity, saved preferences, and push notification interaction data (e.g. whether a notification was opened).
Event registrations
When you register for an event, we collect your name, email address, and registration details.
Customer support
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including name, email address, and details of your enquiry.
Website visits
We collect device and browser information, IP address, and site interaction data through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites.

6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States of America. Before disclosing your information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it in a manner consistent with the APPs.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and held in countries outside Australia.
7. Push notifications
The App may send you push notifications about events, orders, loyalty updates and promotions. We will request your permission before doing so. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
8. Marketing
We may send you marketing communications where you have consented, or where permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing communication will include a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also update your preferences in the App settings or by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal at optout.aboutads.info.
10. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Order and transaction records are retained for at least seven years as required by Australian law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
12. Your rights
Access and correction
You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests. Many details can be updated directly in the App. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal information where we are not required by law to retain it. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove your loyalty points balance and order history.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
13. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
