Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Table Top Warfare Loyalty Program! 
The following Terms and Conditions govern the operation of and participation in the Program.

1. Who can become an Table Top Warfare Loyalty Member?

Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 years of age may join with the express permission of a parent or legal caregiver.

2. What are Table Top Warfare Loyalty Points?

Table Top Warfare Loyalty Points are earned on in-store purchases at a rate of 2% of the total purchase value. These Points become available as a whole dollar amount once a specific Loyalty threshold is reached. For example, spending $50 unlocks $1 of Loyalty. Loyalty Points can only be redeemed for in-store purchases and cannot be used for online transactions.

3. On what purchases will I not collect Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points are not collected on online purchases.

4. How do I collect Loyalty Points?

To collect Loyalty Points, please inform the person serving you that you have a loyalty account before completing your purchase. For verification purposes, you may be requested to show identification. Your Loyalty Program membership is strictly personal and cannot be used by anyone else.

5. What communications will I receive from Table Top Warfare and how can I opt-out of certain messages?

You will receive emails from Table Top Warfare regarding your Loyalty Program. All marketing emails will include an option to opt-out. You may also receive phone calls and text messages for operational purposes, such as notifying you when an ordered product has arrived in-store. On rare occasions, we may need to contact you for urgent matters, such as if an item has been accidentally left in-store.

6. Can these T&Cs be changed or terminated?

Yes, these Terms and Conditions can be changed or terminated by Table Top Warfare at any time.

7. What are my responsibilities in relation to my Loyalty Program Membership?

As a Member, you are responsible for keeping your personal details updated and accurate. You must also ensure that you do not share your Membership or allow others to use your Loyalty Program Membership.

8. What restrictions apply to my membership

  • Only one Loyalty Program Membership is permitted per person.
  • Memberships are not to be used for commercial purposes.
  • Loyalty Points and benefits cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Loyalty Points cannot be converted into cash.

9. What are Table Top Warfare’s rights in relation to my Membership and the Loyalty?

  • Table Top Warfare reserves the right to:
  • Cancel your Membership at any time.
  • Change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Specify exclusions and conditions (e.g., qualifying spend and offer duration) for any benefits, and to change these from time to time, including during the duration of an offer.
  • Reverse any benefits, including any Loyalty Points credited to an account:
    • Where you have returned the goods or have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those benefits were earned.
    • Which have been allocated to you if there are any other grounds which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify a reversal, for instance, if the Membership benefits were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them by misusing an offer, or through fraudulent means.
  • Terminate or suspend your Table Top Warfare Loyalty Program Membership. Grounds for doing any of the above include if you (or someone using your Loyalty Program Membership details):
    • Abuse, misuse or attempt to abuse or misuse your Membership, your card, or the Loyalty Program.
    • Do anything that is contrary to these T&Cs.
    • Fraudulently accumulate Loyalty Points or other benefits.
    • Use or attempt to use your card or Loyalty Points, or any other benefits, for purchases made by a person other than you, the cardholder.
    • Engage in unacceptable conduct in connection with your membership, which will be deemed to include if Table Top Warfare has a reasonable suspicion of conduct by you which amounts to dishonesty, fraud or wrongful conduct.
    • Become bankrupt or die.
    • Have not shopped with us at any time during a continuous 18-month period.
