These preorders allow you to secure your product early before anyone else. Once the stock arrives, it will be packed and shipped to you directly. We offer this premium service so you, the customer, will benefit.
While we attempt to ensure fulfillment of all preorders, sometimes stock of new products is limited, and we are unable to guarantee fulfillment. If this occurs, we will refund the purchase of the unavailable product.
The below policy outlines the terms and conditions for making preorders with Table Top Warfare.
Product ETAs
We endeavor to provide accurate release dates for preorder products we display on our website. Occasionally, these products can be delayed due to circumstances outside of Table Top Warfare’s control. We display what the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for each preorder product is on the product page. These ETAs can change at any time. In the event of a major delay (Greater than 1 month) in the arrival of a preorder product, we will endeavor to notify customers with outstanding orders.
Shipping of Preorders
Due to Distributor/Manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship any preorder items until the day of release. To ensure that you receive your preorder as soon as possible, we endeavor to have all preorders packed and ready to ship in the days leading up to release.
Orders made containing Preorder products
You have the option of ordering your preorder products along with everyday stocked items; however, we will hold the entire order until the preorder items arrive and can be shipped with the rest of your order. Feel free to contact us or email info@tabletopwarfare.com.au to request splitting your order into two shipments. Please note that this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.
Orders made containing multiple Preorder products
You have the option of ordering your preorder products along with other products available for preorder; however, we will hold the entire order until all the preorder items arrive and can be shipped all together. Feel free to contact us or email info@tabletopwarfare.com.au to request splitting your order into separate shipments if you’d like to have these items shipped on their release dates. Please note that doing this will incur an extra shipping fee for each applicable shipment.
Canceling Pre-Orders
If you’d like to cancel your preorder on an item, then please contact us or email info@tabletopwarfare.com.au as soon as possible. As stated in our Refund policy, we will be unable to offer a refund on preorders if the cancellation request is made within 3 days of the release date. Cancellations of any preorder items may incur a processing fee of 3.5%, to a maximum of $20.
