Shipping Policy

We work hard to pack and ship orders quickly so you can spend more time gaming and less time explaining to your mailbox that “no, checking again won’t make it arrive faster”.

Delivery Options

We offer three delivery methods during checkout:

Standard Shipping
Flat rate of $9.99 Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days once dispatched.

Express Shipping
Flat rate of $17.99 Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days once dispatched.

Courier Service Shipping
Flat rate of $24.99 Australia-wide.
Courier delivery timeframes vary by location. You’ll receive tracking and updates once dispatched.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs for larger or heavier items may differ from the flat rates above. If a different rate applies, it will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, promotional events, or new release days, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched within two business days and you haven’t received an update, please contact us, and we’ll take a look.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at our stores at no additional cost.

We aim to have your order ready for collection within an hour. During busy periods, preparation time may be longer. In rare cases, Click & Collect orders may take up to 2 business days to be ready. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is prepared for pickup.

Photo identification is required at the time of collection to release your order.
Orders may only be collected by the named customer unless prior approval has been granted at the discretion of the business.

Preorder Shipping

Orders containing preorder items are subject to our Preorder Policy.
If you select Click & Collect for a preorder, we’ll email you on release day when your item is ready for pickup.

If you have questions about an order that includes preorder products, please contact us.

Orders Using Freight Forwarding Services

To protect our customers, products, and supplier agreements, we do not ship orders to freight forwarding or parcel redirection services. Orders placed using a known freight-forwarding address may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

If your order is cancelled due to the use of a freight-forwarding service, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t arrive within the carrier’s expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll assist you in line with Australian Consumer Law and the carrier’s investigation process.
